Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Participate in near-miss and BBS reporting to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Meet Productivity Standards: Maintain high productivity levels while operating the assigned line.
  • Documentation: Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to quality or productivity, both on the team and machine levels.
  • Maintenance: Adjust machinery as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior manufacturing experience in a fast-paced automated environment is essential.
  • Skills: Ability to read a tape measure, recent manufacturing experience, and a positive team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask with minimal direction while maintaining high attention to detail.
