Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality policy and ISO certification become part of the Production Department Culture
Maintain building, equipment, and housekeeping
Support the UniFirst Mission Statement and strategic plan
Create a positive work atmosphere
Provide safety training and perform performance appraisals
Develop improved processes for efficiency
Manage safety, health, and environmental issues
Minimize supply cost
Meet budget requirements
Follow safety policies and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior experience in the laundry industry preferred
Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
