About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot and repair PLC problems, and perform lockout/tagout procedures for equipment.
  • Technical Expertise: Read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Oversee and assist with the installation and operation of new equipment to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
