Job Summary:The Senior Staff Program Manager will be responsible for guiding the definition and execution plan of capital equipment programs within Fab Solutions according to the company development process, schedules, and budget. This role will ensure cross-functional program teams follow product development/program management standard methodologies, implement specific regulatory requirements, and ensure design control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership to program teams instilling a passion for success.
- Assess project/program performance, identify issues, risks, and institute corrective actions proactively.
- Interact with peers, functional groups, and customers; create and present reports and project updates to the BU Leadership and customers on a routine basis.
- Partner with Product Marketing and management to develop long-term strategic plans to increase and improve business opportunities.
- BS in Physics, Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required; MS or Ph.D. highly desired.
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing complex semiconductor capital equipment; semiconductor fab experience and metrology equipment experience strongly desired.
