ResponsibilitiesSupervise and facilitate activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, staff, and families, promoting cultural inclusiveness and respect.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with program staff to design and implement engaging activities, incorporating elements of literacy, STEM, and the creative arts.
Adhere to program procedures and safety protocols, reporting incidents and concerns to supervisors.
High School Diploma required.
1 year experience working with youth in a school or camp setting.
Ability to lead and participate in group sports and recreation.
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
Availability to work part-time hours on school days and full-time hours on non-school days.
