Position Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Vehicle Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, effective time management abilities, and experience operating various types of vehicles. A collaborative spirit is essential, as is the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely maneuver vehicles during auction events and throughout daily operations, ensuring proper placement on the auction premises.
  • Adapt to varying weather conditions and manage high temperatures within vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Operate all vehicles in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant traffic laws.
  • Organize and park vehicles as instructed, ensuring optimal layout for auction events.
  • Adhere to all safety and health protocols related to the position.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive starting wage of $15+/hour, a Monday through Friday work schedule, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and eligibility for a 401(k) plan.

  • Must successfully pass pre-employment screening.
