Manufacturing Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Supervisor at WestRock, you will be responsible for directing and training production workers to achieve positive results in quality, productivity, safety, and morale. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and train production workers to achieve production goals
Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Record daily numbers and send updated reports throughout the day and end of shift
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Three years working in a manufacturing environment
Experience in machine operations in a manufacturing environment required
Strong communication and team building skills
Ability to lead people and get results through others
Quality orientation and attention to detail
Must demonstrate ability to direct work of others
Must be able to maintain good attendance
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
