Overview:

As a Service Equipment Specialist, you will deliver maintenance, repairs, and technical support for ATMs, retail point of sale systems, locksmithing, Electric Vehicle Charging stations, and PC peripherals at client locations.


Role Responsibilities:

Our Service Equipment Specialists address fundamental customer inquiries regarding equipment malfunctions.

You will collaborate within a team and manage a designated area where service requests will be allocated throughout the day.

Utilizing the supplied tools and repair kits, you will travel to client sites to rectify issues.
Our entry-level specialists typically handle 5-8 service calls daily within their assigned regions.

  • Conduct minor maintenance on ATMs, including replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.
  • Execute basic installation tasks, such as pulling cables, mounting devices, and installing locks.

Perform technical repairs:
resolving paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.

  • Prioritize and organize service calls effectively.

Our training program encompasses on-the-job mentorship, alongside formal classroom, virtual, and self-paced training to provide extensive learning opportunities.


During the temporary period, you will utilize your own vehicle to travel to various locations within your territory.

A company vehicle will be provided upon permanent employment.
