Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our cafe team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales growth and cost control of the cafe against budgeted expectations and historical performance to ensure profit goals are met.
  • Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
  • Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.
  • Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials.
  • Executes marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
  • Builds cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees.
  • Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house.
  • Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
  • Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification.
