Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Notes Specialist to join our team at Giving Home Health Care. As a Medical Notes Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing medical notes for payroll and billing purposes. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

- Prepare medical notes for payroll and billing purposes
- Work with Case Managers, Home Health Aides, and Nurses to retrieve missing notes and request corrections to charting
- Process and review medical and caregiver notes for accuracy
- Collaborate with the billing specialist to ensure accurate payment of contractors

Requirements

- Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Accuracy in work tasks
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Sharp memory with strong analytical ability
- Interest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their families
