As a **Client Relations Associate**, you will collaborate closely with both clients and customers to elevate brand awareness within the community, ultimately driving sales revenue. Our Client Relations Associates are knowledgeable about our clients' offerings and are enthusiastic about sharing this expertise with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to advocate for our clients' brands, products, and services.
- Articulate product features and advantages to customers while confidently addressing any questions.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, highlighting areas for enhancement.
- Evaluate client acquisition metrics and KPIs to optimize sales performance and revenue generation.
- Uphold our clients' compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
- Prepare, organize, and manage sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
- Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Relations Associates to enhance customer service, sales, and leadership capabilities.
We are committed to the success of our Client Relations Associates, providing the essential tools and resources needed to excel within our organization. Each Associate will receive comprehensive training from our Senior Client Support team. This is an entry-level position, and prior experience is not a prerequisite.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to enhance existing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts for professional development.
- Confidence in presenting information to clients, customers, and team members.
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle is advantageous.
