Job Title: Edge Processing Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Edge Processing Product Specialist to join our team at Stiles Machinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical assistance to our customers and sales force in regards to Edge Processing machinery knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend product solutions and build proposals to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate order progress between customers and field sales engineers to assist with closing sales
  • Plan and execute efficient short and long-term schedules to travel with sales teams
  • Provide customer post-installation and manufacturing process assistance
  • Document important technical information regarding software sales and integration commitments
  • Prepare cycle time simulations and fixture recommendations
  • Update salesforce and Product Manager on competition, including product offerings, pricing, and competitive features
  • Develop sales tools, including videos, promotional materials, samples, case studies, and target market materials
  • Assist and monitor lost order reports, analysis trends, and work with Regional Director to develop proactive action plans
  • Provide Edge Processing product training to Sales Engineers and distributors through planned training sessions and field work
  • Develop technical documentation for Panel Processing products
  • Provide technical expertise and support for corporate demonstrations
Requirements:
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • 10 years of working in the panel processing industry
  • Strong knowledge of Edge Processing machinery and panel processing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive new ventures within the business
