Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and resurfacing of hook knives utilized in shredding processes. This role involves various tasks including hard facing, grinding, and plasma cutting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hard facing techniques to enhance the durability of components.
  • Utilize grinding equipment to achieve precise finishes.
  • Execute plasma cutting operations for metal shaping and modification.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of welding experience is required.

Compensation:
Pay will be determined based on experience and skill level, starting at $30.00 per hour.
