Sales Consultant Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating broker distribution networks to promote our healthcare benefits solutions and help employers reduce their health insurance spend while maintaining great employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential strategic broker partners and build strong relationships with them.
- Sell our healthcare benefits solutions to customers in the 50-5,000 employee range through broker partners.
- Accountable for prospecting from presale through implementation, providing necessary support for successful education and implementation of our product.
- Develop and maintain key internal relationships, understanding customer needs and providing value-added consultation.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in a sales role in employer group benefits or relevant industry.
- Excellent public speaking skills with ability to present to business decision makers, brokers, and employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
- History of new business sales success and strong network of group health insurance brokers and consultants.
Compensation:
Base salary of $80,000 per year plus variable commission, totaling approximately $120,000 annually. Must reside within 100 miles of Atlanta, GA. Full-time (exempt) position requiring up to 40% travel.
