Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Support Specialist to join our team at the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, maintenance, and accountability of all equipment, facilities, and supplies used in support of MOS 92G tactical training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain equipment associated with Mobil Kitchen Trailer, Containerized Kitchen, Food Sanitation Center, Modern Burner Unit, M59 Range, 2KW Generator, Kitchen, Company Level Field Feeding – Enhanced (KCLFF-E), MTRCS, and Assault Kitchen.
  • Support the maintenance and accountability of all equipment, facilities, and supplies used in support of MOS 92G tactical training.
  • Submit, report, and track status of work orders, site improvement tasks, facilities maintenance, and safety and environmental compliance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.
  • US Citizen
  • Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications.

Work Environment:

The Training Support Specialist will work in an indoor setting with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds or more, carrying supplies, equipment. The job requires varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to communicate clearly with an excellent comprehension of the English language is essential.

Travel:

Travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to support tasks and requirements may be required.
