Key Responsibilities:
As the face of our practice, you will be responsible for:
1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Welcoming clients and their pets, answering phone calls, and guiding them to examination areas.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Presenting and explaining service fees, processing payments efficiently.
