Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team, who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare menu items according to our recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Coordinate food service with other departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu and recipes to provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience required
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
  • Demonstrate strong cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6-9 hours at a time
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
