Job Title: Phone Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Phone Sales Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to sell our products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies to effectively sell our products and services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
