Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This role will involve building rapport with store associates and management, educating customers and store personnel on product features and benefits, and executing all required tasks and projects with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and meet client expectations
  • Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Execute all required tasks and projects with accuracy, following all provided instructions
  • Maintain high-quality work and meet or exceed client expectations
  • Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and deliver above-average project execution compliance
  • Have detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and any success or potential barriers
  • Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations
  • Automobile liability insurance required
  • Access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail required
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
