Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Leasing and Administration: Assist with leasing activities, including preparing correspondence and notices, and maintaining accurate records.
