Assembly and Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Testing Specialist to join our team at L&M Radiator. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of our MESABI Heat Exchangers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test heat exchangers to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Work with a variety of power tools and equipment to complete tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Participate in training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Strong mechanical ability and experience with power tools
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours
  • Regular and reliable attendance
