Job Summary:

This is a full-time hourly position scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 10pm to 6am. The successful candidate will receive shift differential pay and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble MESABI Heat Exchangers with precision and attention to detail.
  • Test heat exchangers to ensure quality and performance.
  • Build crates using hand and power tools, and install grommets using grommet guns and tubes.
  • Assemble fans, belts, motors, RTTS exchangers, and capture seal oil coolers using electric power drive units.
  • Observe, guide, and assist with training and development of team members.
  • Perform work in a safe manner and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, including weekend travel.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of related work experience.
  • Strong mechanical ability and experience using power tools and forklifts.
  • Ability to learn and advance quickly, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to read, write, and use basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment written math test, physical, drug, and background test.
