About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tech to join our team at Russell Stover Chocolates. As a Quality Assurance Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections and investigations to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Operate equipment, tools, and machinery in a safe and proficient manner
  • Request, receive, maintain, weigh, bag, and inspect products
  • Verify that process specifications are maintained at acceptable levels
  • Maintain high-level awareness of area sanitation and work with employees and managers to ensure compliance with RSC guidelines, rules, and procedures
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift during a 10 – 12 hour shift
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years in a manufacturing facility
  • Passion for chocolate
  • Excellent communication and public relations abilities
  • Experience in a quality role
