The Oncology Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service by understanding patient needs and fulfilling their expectations. This position requires effective communication with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that tasks are executed to the highest quality standards while fostering a safe environment for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and rectify discrepancies prior to finalization
  • Exhibit knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Welcome and interview incoming patients and visitors
  • Collaborate with various departments to support patient needs
  • Address issues and implement effective solutions
  • Identify error patterns and provide recommendations
  • Oversee Call Center operations
  • Collect patient feedback and handle it with professionalism
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications

Experience - Minimum of 2 years in healthcare patient access or customer service

Education - High School diploma or equivalent
