ProMedica is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Allentown. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervising nursing personnel to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice.
- Coordinate care delivery, which will ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
- Provide direct care responsibilities and supervise caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- 2-3 years clinical experience in gerontological nursing, including experience with dementia populations.
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
