Compensation Structure:Annual earnings range from $70,000 to $90,000 based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain up-to-date contracting documentation while managing databases, records, and financial records.
- Assess new clients' insurance requirements, risks, objectives, existing coverage, and financial circumstances by arranging consultations for new clients, ensuring a tailored experience.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and support existing clients through various customer service activities, including appointment scheduling and addressing inquiries related to billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies.
- Build a prospective client network and promote our insurance offerings through referrals, cold outreach, networking, and other marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle insurance claims for current policyholders while tracking the progress of ongoing claims.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Possession of an active Life and Health insurance license is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
