Senior Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Attorney to join our Commercial Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets team at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate finance and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and abstract legacy, new issuance, and replacement special servicer securitization instruments using proprietary software.
- Work closely with a market leader in the CMBS industry and nationally recognized attorneys within the firm.
- Build and lead a team to work on the front line with one of the firm's largest clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver results-oriented counsel for corporations in commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements:
- Superior academic credentials and solid experience in the CMBS area.
- Familiarity with and experience reviewing pooling and servicing agreements, indentures, inter-creditor agreements, and co-lender agreements for CMBS loans.
- Any experience with loan servicing transactions is a bonus.
