Job Summary:

The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple departments throughout the document life-cycle, prepare and modify documents, execute contracts, subcontracts, work orders, task orders, and NDA's, and track counter-executed copies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various tasks daily, including heavy email and phone communication, database work, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments throughout the document life-cycle.
  • Prepare and modify documents, execute contracts, subcontracts, work orders, task orders, and NDA's.
  • Track counter-executed copies.
  • Handle legal document support, generate reports using Word, Excel, or Adobe, and assist with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years (3-5 years considered) office experience in contracts, insurance, or medical billing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contracts, with commercial contract expertise, redlining or reviewing contracts, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, time management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Team player who works professionally with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Proficient with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe).
  • Ability to create, manipulate, and maintain databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and personal initiative.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
  • Reliable, with on-time attendance.
