Skillset / Experience:
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for one of its clients located in Bluffdale, UT. The Solutions Center Rep will utilize their technical expertise and superior people skills to ensure a timely and customized customer-centric experience regarding all orders and technically related issues across various product lines. Employees are eligible for commission on consumer sales

Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Provides technical support and guidance on products (training on products is provided).
  • Ability to close consumer sales
  • Manages customer inquiries regarding orders.
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints.
  • Researching required information using accessible resources
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Initiate product replacement, tracking with delivery services and customer follow-up.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Factory Store and Reception Desk backup
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
  • MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent, is required.
  • More than 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience in a sales support environment.
