Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our satellite TV and internet services in customers' homes. You will work independently, using your technical expertise to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain satellite TV and internet services in customers' homes
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
