Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our services in customers' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH services in customers' homes, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet.
