Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining DISH's innovative smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing top-notch service and support
  • Install and configure DISH's smart home solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and navigate various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, meeting DISH's safety standards
  • Travel may be required, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
