Position Summary:
The Student Services Administrator plays a crucial role in enhancing the student experience within the School of Pharmacy. This position is primarily responsible for supporting various student services and managing the daily operations of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA). The administrator will engage with students, providing essential guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Line Support: Act as the primary contact for student services, organizing events such as orientations, award ceremonies, and other student-related activities.
- Administrative Coordination: Oversee daily operations of the OSA, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining departmental records.
- Student Engagement: Interact with students to provide information on academic support, health services, and financial aid, ensuring they are well-informed about available resources.
- Event Management: Plan and execute departmental events, coordinating logistics and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate student records and assist in data collection and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse student population.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
