Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor 3 to oversee the maintenance, repair, and construction activities at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of skilled trades, semiskilled, and unskilled positions, ensuring that all work is completed to regulatory and code compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review maintenance requests to determine materials, equipment, and staff needed
  • Plan all rehabilitation and construction projects
  • Implement and enforce preventative maintenance program
  • Inspect all work in progress and completed work to ensure regulatory and code compliance
  • Develop training programs
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of second-level supervisory experience in maintenance and operation of a physical plant, building construction, and/or building renovation and/or repair projects. Alternatively, candidates can be considered for a competitive class appointment if they are reachable on the current Maintenance Supervisor 3 eligible list.
