Job Summary

Radius Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient setting located in the LaFayette, GA area. As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of physical therapists, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Performs and documents initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, adapting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Treatment Planning: Develops and implements individualized plans of care to meet required frequency of visits and includes patient/family education.
  • Communication: Communicates patient progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Leadership: Supervises activities of assistants, students, and support personnel as needed.
  • Discharge Planning: Plans and assists in patient discharge.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Licensure: Active, or eligible to obtain, GA Physical Therapy license.
  • Skills: Passionate about patient care, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
