Lead Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at Radius Staffing Solutions. As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of physical therapists in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, adapting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet required frequency of visits, including patient and family education.
  • Communicate patient progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise activities of assistants, students, and support personnel as needed.
  • Plan and assist in patient discharge.
  • Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods, and lift/assist patients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Active or eligible to obtain GA Physical Therapy license.
  • Full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
  • Must have physical therapist experience.
  • Passionate about patient care within an outpatient setting.
  • Day shifts available, including 4x10s or 5x8s.
