Lead Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at an Outpatient setting located in the LaFayette, GA area. As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of physical therapists, and contributing to the growth and development of our facility.

Requirements
  • Active or eligible for a GA Physical Therapy license
  • Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Passion for patient care in an Outpatient setting
  • Ability to work day shifts, with options for 4x10s or 5x8s
Responsibilities
  • Perform and document initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patient conditions, adapting treatment plans as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet required frequency of visits
  • Communicate patient progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supervise activities of assistants, students, and support personnel as needed
  • Plan and assist with patient discharge
  • Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, with stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods
