Position Summary
The Quality/Continuous Improvement Engineer plays a crucial role within the MasterBrand Quality System. Utilizing analytical and statistical methodologies, this position focuses on the ongoing enhancement of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the Layered Process Audit to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Engineering teams to identify and resolve product quality challenges.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to rectify quality concerns.
- Participate in Customer Complaint Analysis and conduct site visits as necessary.
- Regularly review specifications, Standard Operating Sheets (SOS), and Standard Work Packets for accuracy and necessary updates.
- Provide support to Arthur Operation employees in interpreting specifications and troubleshooting issues.
- Uphold the Quality System by executing tasks that ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement.
- Deliver precise information and feedback to all Business Units and the Arthur Ops Leadership Team.
- Conduct training and coaching on quality-related matters for production associates and management.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen improvement initiatives.
- Generate, modify, and finalize Standard Operating Sheets (SOS) and Standard Work Packets.
- Report on project progress using the A3 project management format.

Qualifications
- Proficient in applying and interpreting statistical data.
- Required computer skills include proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Six Sigma training and experience, particularly in PFMEA, is preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be a collaborative team player.
- Ability to initiate, lead, and engage in problem-solving activities effectively.
- Capable of providing candid feedback and reporting non-compliance findings within the Arthur Quality System.
- Maintain professional competence and knowledge to fulfill all assigned responsibilities satisfactorily.
- Ability to present formal project status updates to MBCI Leadership.

Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field is recommended but not mandatory.
