Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team within the meat department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.
  • Communicate the goals of the department, execute company programs, and adhere to policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club is meeting the member's expectations.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product updates, and product specifications.
  • Share knowledge and prioritize training for the team to understand item specifications and utilize approved equipment for high volume products.
  • Engage with members and share passion for the product to help them make the right protein selection.
  • Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Drive business results, ensuring commitment to operational excellence, and maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area in the meat department.

Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
