Responsibilities
The Solar Lead Generator will drive brand market share through daily direct sales activities engaging directly with customers. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating, selling, and promoting our solar panel services at retailers in assigned territories, showcasing interactive solar panel solutions know-how, scheduling in-home consultations, educating customers on product recommendations, and accurately documenting sales and activities. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets and collect customer feedback to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 12+ months of previous retail selling experience in home improvement or related experience
  • A warm, self-motivated, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment and maintain reliable transportation
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the store or department
