Responsibilities:

As a Speech Language Pathologist with our Inpatient Rehab team, you'll work collaboratively with seasoned therapists, mid-career clinicians, and recent graduates. You'll have the flexibility to choose from various settings within our health system, including Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Burn Center, Inpatient Rehab, Post Acute Rehab, Outpatient Rehab, or Home Health.

You'll use your expertise to educate patients and caregivers about examination findings, established goals, treatment plans, home programs, injury prevention, and more. Effective communication and collaboration are key to success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Speech-Language Pathology required
  • SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License or eligibility required
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Incumbents with existing education will be grandfathered in for licensure purposes.
