Job Description:

To drive the Powered by Data strategy at Mars Snacking, we seek an Agile Transformation Lead with expertise in agile methodologies and coaching. This role will lead the change in data and user-centric thinking across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional squads and reporting to the Global Program Management Office.

The Agile Transformation Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable agile delivery framework and ODDA operating model, leading a team of Agile Delivery Managers, and interacting with business partners and leaders. The ideal candidate has extensive program and change management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic Agile Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thought Leadership: Lead the overall program vision, strategy, and execution for Agile Transformation/Product Operating Model.
  • Accountability: Align program vision across stakeholders, advise on program/project/product strategies, and lead a team of Agile Delivery Managers.
  • Change Agent: Identify improvements in enterprise processes, challenge the status quo, and champion a new culture of business and IT collaboration.
  • Agile Coach: Serve as an Agile Coach to the Enterprise and Leadership, championing and mentoring across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience leader in delivering and maintaining Agile/Scaled Agile transformation for a large global organization.
  • Significant experience in relevant End-to-end Technology Delivery, Operations management, Business Strategy, and/or Change Management.
  • Ability to tailor frameworks to the needs and maturity level of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and ability to work effectively with C-level leaders.
