Digital Engineering Lead

PGIM is seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and design technical solutions that deliver exceptional digital experiences for clients and enhance internal employee productivity.
* Serve as a hands-on developer, translating business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
* Lead a software development team, including developers and QA personnel, within an agile development environment.
* Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
* 10+ years of experience in software advancement-and solution implementation, particularly within the financial services industry.
* Extensive experience as a full-stack developer with a successful emphasis on front-end technologies, including popular web-based front-end frameworks, such as AngularJS, React, and others.
* Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
* Familiarity with Salesforce development and the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, including Experience Manager, Experience Platform, and Analytics.
* Solid understanding of data architecture and data flows within application development.
* Profound knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working in agile methodologies.
