**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop a compelling vision for the future and create clear goals and operating plans to ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with Regional and Store Managers.
* Set and communicate clear objectives and expectations, demonstrating commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
* Ensure EssilorLuxottica is known as the leading optical provider within the community.
* Operate as a stakeholder to all within the organization and local market.
* Place the patient at the center focus and deliver excellent service.
* Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
* Lead/Manage the team in providing unsurpassed Patient Service Excellence.
* Address all patient visual lifestyle needs.
* Build patients for life and become their sole family practitioner.
* Listen carefully to patients' questions or concerns.
* Provide a summary of patient overall eye health.
* Conduct service in accordance with protocol and accepted standard of care.
* Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
* Utilize and leverage all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient experience.
* Demonstrate effective communication with all office and store associates to ensure a seamless patient experience and transition.
* Ensure office quality systems are maintained.
* Maintain State Licensure and practices to the full scope of that license; maintains continuing education requirements.
* Provide effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs.
* Deliver feedback in a timely manner to all associates. Confront problem performers directly and without delay; practices performance management.
* Create a positive culture linked to corporate vision and values.
* Engage and lead effective store huddles.
* Conduct chart audits with Associate Optometrist.
* Recruits, interviews, and selects high-caliber success-oriented talent, creates talent pipeline for succession planning.
* Forecasts staffing needs based on available information and assigns associates through the use of the labor scheduling model. Quickly adjusts staffing levels up or down to meet unexpected increases or decreases in office traffic and patient demand.
* Adheres to company policies and procedures and acknowledges receipt of physical inventory.
* Takes pride in the appearance of the office and ensures visual displays are in accordance with Company provided guidelines.
* Maintains a safe working environment for all.

**Requirements:**

* Doctor of Optometry
* Demonstrated leadership/management skills
* Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices
* Developed communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Organization and time management skills
* Knowledge of sound business management practices
