Job Summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to lead our team as a Managing Optometrist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, driving business growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Business Development: Create a compelling vision for the future, develop clear goals and operating plans, and drive executional excellence to achieve winning results.
  • Patient Care and Service: Ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care, place the patient at the center of focus, and deliver excellent service.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the team in providing unsurpassed patient service excellence, address patient concerns, and build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure visual displays are in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Professional Development: Maintain state licensure, practice to the full scope of that license, and stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry: A Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of sound business management practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
