Job Title: Development Director

Pace Center for Girls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Development Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual fundraising goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations
  • Manage and maintain relationships with donors, including regular communication and stewardship
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other team members to develop and implement fundraising events and campaigns
  • Write and edit fundraising materials, including grant proposals, reports, and appeals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as non-profit management, fundraising, or marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in fundraising and development, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Proven track record of success in securing major gifts and developing fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • CFRE certification
  • Experience with donor database management and fundraising software
