We are currently seeking a skilled and ambitious Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Northeast Atlanta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Pursue a base salary and unlimited commission potential, yielding estimated annual earnings of $60,000 to $80,000.
- Leverage your real estate expertise to help our team succeed, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
- Work collaboratively with our team agents to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Georgia Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
- Proven sales experience, with a focus on residential real estate.
- A strong understanding of the local market and its dynamics, enabling effective lead generation and conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
