The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) plays a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift, ensuring that you have a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
The ER RN is responsible for:
- Delivering nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing comprehensive nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Adhering to organizational policies and demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintaining high standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum Experience Required:
- New graduates of a nursing program are welcome to apply.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
- For PRN positions, one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Advanced certification in a specialty area may be required.
