Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of problems, from life-threatening conditions to minor injuries or illnesses.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
