- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care and services.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Contribute to the development of hospital-wide policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care and safety.
- Graduate of a nursing program or new graduate with a nursing degree.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in a field of specialty, if applicable.
